MasaMed trust framework

Verification made visible—not overstated.

MasaMed gives buyers a clearer signal when selected vendor evidence has been reviewed, while keeping the final sourcing decision and transaction-specific due diligence where they belong.

The review journey

How a vendor becomes verified

A consistent review path makes the status understandable for vendors and buyers.

  1. 01

    Vendor identifies its profile

The vendor registers for access and connects its organization to a supplier profile.

  2. 02

    Evidence is submitted

The vendor selects a supported document type, adds registration and expiry details where applicable, and uploads a readable file.

  3. 03

    MasaMed reviews the submission

An authorized operator reviews the selected evidence and records an approval or rejection, with a review note when needed.

  4. 04

    Status is communicated

Approved evidence can produce a verified supplier badge. Pending or rejected evidence does not.

What MasaMed may review

  • Business licence evidence
  • Medical-device establishment licence evidence
  • Authorized distributor certificates
  • Quality certification evidence
  • Registration numbers and stated expiry dates

What verification does not mean

  • No guarantee of identity, solvency, quality, or delivery
  • No approval of every product in a vendor catalog
  • No confirmation of suitability in every country
  • No warranty, endorsement, or regulatory certification by MasaMed
  • No replacement for legal, technical, or commercial due diligence
Trust is shared work

What to do next

For buyers

Use the badge as one input. Before ordering, confirm the vendor's authority, destination-country requirements, product registrations and certifications, specifications, references, samples, warranty, delivery, payment, and contract terms.

Browse supplier profiles

For vendors

Keep the company profile, catalog, certifications, authorizations, registration details, and expiry dates accurate. Submit clear evidence and respond promptly if a reviewer requests an update.

Start vendor registration

Directory listing is not verification. An imported supplier profile or active directory status only makes a profile discoverable. Look for the explicit “Verified supplier” badge and review the limits above.
